According to the legend, in the beginning of times Fu Hsi, NĂ¼ Wa and Shen Nong Shi, the founders of the Chinese nation, discovered the secrets of farming, among them, the properties of wheat. From then emerges La Mien technique of shaping noodles: a whole-wheat dough kneaded with both hands, that is progressively shredded with the fingers until reaching longer and thinner stripes.

As years go by, many of the ancient Chinese traditions have disappeared. However, La Mian technique has remained alive up to today, passing from one generation to next. We Chinese treasure tradition, and we work hard to maintain it, no matter where we are. Preparing La Mian the way our ancestors did, is one of the ways to preserve tradition.

We can proudly say, we are the first restaurant in Madrid that offers this tasty noodles, our costumers can witness the La Mian process, and we are sure they will never forget these taste.

Noodles are prepared daily at 13:00hrs and 21:00hrs.
